C.A.L.M - Mixed Media Mindfulness
4 Week Art Course

New course starts 27th September 2024 
 Friday mornings 10:00 - 12:00
Art is a wonderful way to calm the mind and ground us. The colours, textures, materials and methods draw us to our senses and help us immerse in the present moment 

Each week Sarah begins by guiding the group in a calming meditation and mindful drawing exercises to quiet the 'busy mind' before supporting you to explore colour, texture and pattern through a range of mixed media painting techniques.  MBCT concepts are woven throughout the course. This is a relaxed and non-judgemental session offering you the freedom for creative-self care and spontaneous self expression. 
No previous art experience is necessary, just a willingness to be curious and experimental!
